REK - Road to Christmas
I'd have to say this was the most disappointing REK show I've ever seen. In addition to the poor acoustics of the Lincoln Theater, the show was more of a cover band gig playing 'Road' songs. On the Road Again, Highway to Hell, Willin, Take me Home - Country Road, Ramblin Man, Freebird (yuck) to name a few - none of which REK sang. He was would play along back by the drummer as the other band members dressed in cheezy white jump suits took over mic.
Sure do miss Rich Brotherton. Hoping future REK tours take a turn towards less covers.
